A rechargeable vape is an electronic cigarette that can be used multiple times by recharging its battery. Devices such as the Vuse Pro have a built-in battery that can be recharged using the charging cable provided inside the box.
This varies and depends on several factors, including battery size, usage frequency, and the age of the device. The battery inside each Vuse Pro device should last for around 300 complete charge/discharge cycles before its efficiency begins to deteriorate. This is normal, and common in electronic devices that contain lithium-ion batteries.
A rechargeable vape works by using a battery, which is activated by either a button or inhalation, to power a heating coil. The coil then heats up and vaporises e-liquid which is absorbed by the wicking material in the atomiser. This produces a vapour, which is then inhaled by the user.
While you can take rechargeable vapes on a plane, they must be kept in your hand luggage or carry-on. They are not allowed in checked baggage due to regulations and passenger safety measures.
Rechargeable devices are classified as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), which means they should not be disposed of in your household waste bin. Instead, you should take them to your nearest Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) for recycling. Alternatively, you can take them to any authorised retailer that accepts old electrical items for recycling.

Some rechargeable devices require user maintenance, including cleaning, replacing or rebuilding coils and regular cleaning, which can be a barrier for beginners or users looking for simple, easy-to-use alternatives. With the Vuse Pro, there is no need to refill e-liquid or replace coils as each Pro pod is pre-filled with e-liquid and contains a built-in atomiser that includes a coil and wicking material. When the Pod is empty, simply replace it with a new one and dispose of the old one responsibly.
All Vuse devices, including devices included in Starter Kits and Device Kits, come with a 6 month warranty. This means that if your device stops working properly during the applicable warranty period, we will replace or repair it free of charge.
