The Basics: What is a pod?

An e-liquid pod is a small, self-contained cartridge, filled with e-liquid that is designed to be used with a compatible rechargeable vape device. These pods click easily and safely into the device and are simply replaced once the e-liquid is depleted. This system offers a convenient alternative to disposable vapes. Disposable vapes integrate the e-liquid into the device and when the liquid runs out, the device can no longer be used.

No Added Sucralose:

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that is sometimes added to some vape e-liquids to enhance sweetness. Our toxicologists review publicly available literature on ingredients to understand suitability for inhalation. As such, Sucralose has been identified as unsuitable and is not directly added to Vuse products.

No Added Vitamin E Acetate 

Vitamin E acetate is banned by the UK Government as an ingredient in nicotine containing vaping products. It’s crucial to understand that Vitamin E acetate is not present in any legally compliant, nicotine-containing vapes sold in the UK. Vuse e-
liquids do not contain Vitamin E acetate, reaffirming our commitment to adherence to regulations.

No Added Acetoin 

Vuse has made the decision to exclude acetoin from the formulations. This allows us to further simplify our ingredient list.

Beyond the Absences: A Closer Look at Vuse E-Liquid Ingredients

Whilst the absence of certain ingredients is important, it’s equally crucial to understand what is included in Vuse e-liquids. Expertly crafted in the UK, our vape liquids are carefully crafted and carefully considered. 

Propylene Glycol (PG): The Flavour Carrier 

PG is a colourless, almost odourless liquid with a thin consistency that is used as a base for e-liquids along with VG. It dissolves flavours and nicotine and enhances the e-liquid's taste, providing a more concentrated flavour. When vapourised, it produces a stronger throat hit and is less likely to cause build-up in vaping equipment.

Vegetable Glycerine (VG): The Cloud Maker

VG is a sweet, odourless, thick liquid that is derived from vegetable oils. While VG has a higher viscosity than PG, which can result in bigger vapour clouds, its thick consistency can take a toll vaping equipment, resulting in more frequent cleaning and maintenance.
